Fabulous Flowers

I have been researching Protea today. They are the national flower of South Africa and they can survive fire - they are also very pretty and quite 'spiky'. I had only come across the orange ones until today when I found that they come in some fabulous subtle shades and well as a whole host of vivid ones. The mix better than you may at first think with lots of other flowers and create stunning bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. Here's a selection from today's research.
